Legacy Leadership Academy

Legacy Leadership Academy is a dynamic ministry school designed for emerging five-fold ministry leaders who feel called to serve—whether full-time or bi-vocational—within the local church and beyond. Our program is built to form spiritually mature, theologically grounded, emotionally healthy leaders who can steward God’s people with wisdom, integrity, and excellence. Individuals can participate in person or online.

Year 1: Foundations & Formation

Year One is designed to develop strong biblical foundations, spiritual discipline, and leadership capacity. Students will engage in holistic growth through:

•    Daily Personal Assignments that strengthen devotion, character, and ministry skill.

•    Weekly Bible Study, led by qualified leaders in local churches or through Zoom cohorts, providing teaching, accountability, and community.

•    Monthly Leadership Sessions, focused on practical ministry skills, emotional intelligence, spiritual gifts, and the essentials of five-fold leadership.
